Microelectronics carbon nanotube coating

Abstract:
Brewer Science is claiming to have developed the first microelectronics-grade carbon nanotube (CNT) coating.

A breakthrough in the refinement of the carbon nanotube material enables metallic and carbonaceous contaminants to be removed. The new CNT coating is easily applied by spinning, spraying, micro-dispensing, or ink-jet printing.
