Abstract:
Forum and product market show trends from Europe, Asia and the USA
The leading trade fair MicroNanoTec has taken root as an international market place for high-tech innovations at the world-wide biggest industry trade fair HANNOVER MESSE.
Almost 40 international companies and institutes have already decided to participate at the IVAM Product Market "Micro, Nano & Materials" which is organized by IVAM Microtechnology Network once again in 2011. At the joint pavilion, established technologies like silicon and semiconductor technologies are presented as well as intersectoral innovations from the fields of microfluidics,
measurement, optics and nanotechnology.
The forum "Innovations for Industry" will profoundly explore trends and technologies of MicroNanoTec, and it will also serve as a suitable platform for deepening specialist discussions. The international forum takes place every day during the trade fair. The sessions are devoted to selected issues in the areas of microtechnologies, nanotechnologies as well as new materials. This year again a session on "Energy harvesting" as well a session on "Laser technology" are part of the program. Especially the session on "Energy harvesting" established itself as an audience magnet in the last year and attracted a crowd of visitors.
Dedicated to the official partner country of HANNOVER MESSE 2011, a special "France Session" is planned where French companies and institutes of the field will give insights into trends and topics of the neighbour country. To draw attention to international markets, a "Japan Session" will take place again this year. For the first time a "US Day" is planned in the scope of the forum.
At present a participation opportunity for companies is offered. Information on this and other relating questions is provided by Katrin Theiler.
