Nanotech Revolution
Abstract:
Move aside IT, this is the NT revolution. Opening the realms of nanotechnology to the common man, Innovation Centre for Applied Nanotechnology (I-Can Nano), along with Kwick Nano, released their products to the public.
State IT minister Debesh Das, Sanjay Wadwani, deputy high commissioner UK, noted architect Dulal Mukherjee, politician and scientist Sujan Chakraborty inaugurated the products at the occasion.
I-Can Nano is the first Indian firm to commercialise nanotechnology products and make them available to Indian markets. This is the brainchild of Dr Arup Chatterjee, CEO, I-Can Nano, who applies nanotechnology to paints, emulsions and coatings to cerate products with enhanced properties.
