The focus lies on the product innovation CarboGran, a breakthrough for the industrial use of carbon nanomaterials. CarboGran is a dust free, dry granulate consisting of carbon nanotubes (CNTs), that can easily and safely be dispersed in a whole number of different solvents and polymers. CarboGran minimises the effort involved to date for further processing carbon nanomaterials by eliminating entirely the elaborate and technically demanding dispersion process on the part of the user.

Another product highlight presented by the innovative Bayreuth based company is Carbo e-Therm, a high-efficiency electrically heated coating for the use with non-hazardous low voltage. The coating can easily be applied to surfaces of any shape and electrically contacted. Surfaces with Carbo e-Therm heat up homogeneously without the forming of hot spots. Flexible use and high heating power allow for a variety of different applications, such as panel heating for the automotive industry or as floor or wall heating.

Other exhibits at the fair include CarboDis, a very successful range of CNT dispersions, and the electrically conductive epoxy resins of the CarboBond series.

FutureCarbon is presenting its new products in hall 6, booth F17.

About FutureCarbon
FutureCarbon specializes in the development and manufacture of carbon nanomaterials and their refinement into so called carbon supercomposites as primary products for industrial further processing. Carbon supercomposites are composite materials that evolve the special properties of carbon nanomaterials in the macroscopic world of real applications. All of our materials are manufactured on an industrial scale.
