Abstract:
KLA-Tencor Corporation (NASDAQ: KLAC), the world's leading supplier of process control and yield management solutions for the semiconductor and related industries, today announced that the company will provide a live audio webcast of a conference call to review its third quarter fiscal year 2011 results on Thursday, April 28, 2011, at 2 p.m. PDT.
