Ultratech management is scheduled to present on:
* Tuesday, March 8, 2011 at 1:30 PM ET at the Kaufman Brothers Third Annual Green Technology Conference at the Boston Harbor Hotel in Boston, Massachusetts.
* Tuesday, March 22, 2011 at 11:20 AM ET at the Sidoti and Company 15th Annual Emerging Growth Institutional Investor Forum at The Grand Hyatt Hotel New York in New York City, New York.
The presentations will be broadcast live via webcast and available on the Ultratech website at ir.ultratech.com.
