'Charging' Your One And A Half Million Shillings Vehicle Battery
Abstract:
Typical technology frontiers in the battle to develop more efficient batteries and to seize market share includes the use of nanoscale materials to boost the performance of batteries.
In general, making an electrode out of nanoparticles will increase the surface area, which in turn decreases the battery's internal resistance and improves its ability to store and deliver energy.
Some of the batteries made from this technology frontier are already used in power tools, and it is only a matter of time before car-sized versions are available.
