![]() |
Abstract:
Following the announcement in June this year of the collaboration between Beneq and ALD NanoSolutions, Beneq is proud to reveal that the first system for Particle ALD will be delivered to the Centre de Recherche Public - Gabriel Lippmann in Luxembourg.
In the words of Tommi Vainio, Beneq CTO: "This contract clearly proves that the need for innovative approaches to coating, thin films and industrial applications is steadily growing. In addition, it firmly supports the strategy taken by Beneq of bringing novel coating solutions to the market and creating opportunities for our customers".
Dr Lenoble from the CRP - Gabriel Lippmann says: "This new ALD system from Beneq will enable a whole new approach to the applications we have been working on, including automotive, energy conservation, catalysis and advanced bio-materials. We are very pleased that Particle ALD, a truly unmapped discipline in industrial ALD, has been made available to research in this way. We see unrivaled opportunities to create industry-scalable advanced applications from this novel Particle ALD system".
