Abstract:
Eco-Green® Boiler Treatment & Conditioner improves operation and reduces maintenance of boilers without environmentally-hazardous ingredients

New Green Chemicals Improve Performance of Boiler Systems

Woburn, MA | Posted on January 20th, 2010

Daimer Industries® Inc., a globally-recognized source for green chemicals, plant-based green cleaners and safe green cleaning products, is now offering Eco-Green® Boiler Treatment & Conditioner. This biodegradable formulation protects against corrosion, increases efficiency and eliminates the need for expensive disposal services.

"Using our Micro-Blasting® technology, we've developed green chemicals that can help keep boilers running trouble free," noted Matthew Baratta, Daimer.com spokesperson. "Not only does the product save on heating, it saves on disposal costs because it contains environmentally-safe ingredients."

Boiler Treatment & Conditioner is a new addition to the Eco Green line of HVAC cleaning supplies and green chemicals. Eco Green chemists engineered these products to be effective without volatile organic compounds or hazardous solvents. The formulations are manufactured to be readily biodegradable by about 90% in as little 28 days, nearly 50% faster than competitors in tests conducted by a recognized testing facility. Eco Green green chemicals are safe for employees and customers as indicated by the zeros listed in the National Fire Protection Association's hazard diamond.

Boiler Treatment & Conditioner is a one-step formulation that targets stubborn deposits and manages pH in cooling, hot water and industrial heating systems. It also assures that precipitated solids say fluid. The new treatment and conditioner relies on Micro-Blasting® green chemicals. This technology uses a non-toxic nano-chemistry to penetrate corrosion and other substances that can impede boiler performance.

One gallon of this concentrated treatment can be diluted to up to 1000 gallons of feed water.

More in the Eco-Green® Line

Daimer®'s Eco Green brand of environmentally-safe green cleaning products, green cleaners, and green chemicals are available for a variety of specialized and general industries. The line of natural cleaning products includes green car wash solutions and green carpet cleaner formulations.
