Sächsisches Textilforschungsinstitut to host NRA08

Abstract:
9 & 10 October 2008 - Sächsisches Textilforschungsinstitut e.V. (STFI) in Chemnitz (Germany)

EDANA is pleased to announce that the Nonwovens Research Academy will return in 2008 following its success at the University of Leeds in 2007.

The 2008 event, which will take place on 9 & 10 October, will be hosted by STFI (Sächsisches Textilforschungsinstitut e.V.).

To add a practical dimension to the NRA08, time has been dedicated in the programme to tour the research facilities of STFI.

DEDICATED SESSIONS: Sustainability & Nanotechnology At the Nonwovens Research Academy 2008, a special emphasis will be put on bio-engineering and raw materials from renewable sources to illustrate the commitment and the efforts of nonwoven and related industries towards SUSTAINABILITY.

Due to its growing importance, NANOTECHNOLOGY and its impact on the nonwovens industry will feature prominently on the programme.
