Abstract:
At the end of November NT-MDT Company took part in one of the main annual events of Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT) - admitting first-year students to the students of the Faculty of Physical and Quantum Electronics. This year congratulations of NT-MDT general director, Dr. Bykov - graduate MIPT, were accompanied by handing costly presents from the company. For many years NT-MDT cooperates with MIPT, MIET and other institutes in the field of a target professional training. During cooperation many of the graduates have became the company employees and have made successful career in R&D, Service and Commercial departments.
Supporting the nanotechnology education in Russia was always one of the ideological company's purposes which formed the basis of one more NT-MDT business direction - student-oriented devices development and production. Now more than ten nanoeducational centers in Russia and abroad

are equipped with educational and scientific laboratories on the base of Scanning Probe Microscope NanoEducator. One of the centers is "Nanotechnologies in electronics" in Moscow Institute of Electronic Technology (MIET). At the end of November the Annual Career Day took place there and NT-MDT Company participated the round-table discussion "The ways of joint participation in forming orders for a target professional training."
Similar events and other ways of direct cooperation with institutes allow the educational institution‚s management settling issues of graduates practice and employment, and NT-MDT - to carry out personnel policy effectively.
