Productronica 2007 presents trends and innovations of electronic production
Abstract:
The trend topic microproduction with micro- and nanotechnology is occupying the complete area of Hall B5 at Productronica 2007. The focal points are bonding and packaging, material handling and micro and nano applications. The MicroNanoWorld will constitute a separate area and present materials as well as simulation and production processes for microsystems.
