NSF: Redesign science curriculum
Abstract:
To strengthen the nation's global competitiveness, the National Science Foundation is calling on education leaders to redesign their K-12 science curricula to incorporate the latest discoveries in biotechnology, nanotechnology, and other fields, and to allow more time for student inquiry. To lead these efforts, the agency has committed $1.8 million to the College Board to revise the curriculum for Advanced Placement science courses.
