Abstract:
Innovation by evolution and harnessing the quantum mechanics of the hydrogen bond will be the topics of a pair of Kavli Lectures at the Fall 2019 National Meeting & Exposition of the American Chemical Society (ACS), the world’s largest scientific society. The meeting will take place Aug. 25-29 in San Diego.

Kavli Lectures: Innovation by evolution and harnessing the quantum mechanics of the hydrogen bond

The presentations, among more than 9,500 scheduled to take place at the meeting, will be held on Monday, Aug. 26, 4-6 p.m. in the San Diego Convention Center, Ballroom 6A/B. The Kavli lecture series is the result of a collaboration between ACS and The Kavli Foundation, an internationally recognized philanthropic organization known for its support of basic scientific innovation.
