Abstract:
The first Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the Iranian Tavana Company and the Chinese Suzho HZS-Nanosurf Nanotechnology Co. to market and sell Tavana Educational Kits in CHInano 2015.
Tavana Educational Service Center was established in 2012 to develop student researches in the field of nanotechnology and equip student laboratories. This center provides services for educational and training centers in various provinces in the country.
Among the equipment supplied for nanotechnology student laboratories, mention can be made of devices to produce nanofibers, onboard sputtering, device to produce nanoparticles through wire explosion, ultrasonic, primary spectrometry tests, centrifuges, device to measure thickness of thin films, public laboratorial devices, including furnace, incubators, distilled water provider, ultrasonic bath, oven and pH-meter.
The Second Tavana Educational Workshop was held on 30 October 2015 in Suzhou School with the participation of 30 Chinese students.
The first educational workshop for principals and teachers from 20 schools was held on 18-19 October 2015 in Suzhou, China. The aim of the workshop was to introduce Tavana student laboratories to the Chinese teachers and also to display Iran's student activities in the field of nanotechnology.
