CEA-Leti is hosting its sixth workshop on innovative memory technologies at MINATEC on Tuesday, June 24, 2014, Grenoble, France.

6TH CEA-LETI WORKSHOP ON INNOVATIVE MEMORY TECHNOLOGIES includes invited talks by Infineon, IBM, Schlumberger, Thales, Cisco and STMicroelectronics: June 24 Event to Explore NVM Application Horizons from Automotive to Oil & Gas: Responses from Innovative Technologies & Design

The workshop will explore the latest achievements in memory technologies and associated design. Topics will range from short-term to long-term memory solutions, including:

· Flash memories for embedded or stand-alone applications.

· Resistive memory technologies such as phase-change memories, conductive bridging memories, oxide-based resistive memories and magnetic memories.

· Innovative ideas covering non-volatile logics and bio-inspired architectures.

The workshop will feature presentations given by both industrial and academic researchers. Invited contributions will be presented by leaders in the global memory industry, including STMicroelectronics, Infineon, IBM, Schlumberger, Thales, Cisco Systems...
