Graphene 2014, the International Conference & Exhibition on Graphene, was held last week in Toulouse (France), and presented the latest trends in the field and the global graphene technology revolution from both academy and industry.
GRAPHENE 2014 featured also:
- Extensive thematic workshops in parallel:
Worldwide Graphene Initiatives, Funding and Priorities;
Graphene: Taiwan landscape;
Theory & Simulation;
Materials & Devices Characterization;
Applications of Graphene-based Materials;
Invest in Graphene;
Graphene Connect: Nanocomposites by Graphene Flagship.
- Brokerage event to foster technical cooperation.
The event gathered the graphene community, including scientists, engineers and industrials, but also graphene research centres, investors and representatives of funding policies.
The 4th edition of the graphene conference series proved the gathering is now an established European event. The best represented countries were France, Spain, Germany, United Kingdom, Italy, Korea and China, among many others.
The organizers announced the next edition (5th) under the umbrella of ImagineNano event in Bilbao (Spain), with other 4 conferences in parallel, to be held between the 10th and the 13th of March 2015.
