Two accountants from Moore Accountancy Corporation spent four days at our offices on the 10th through the 14th of this month. We have been told that the audit will now be completed relatively soon. Based on current developments in the Company's general business progress, upcoming new product launches for the residential building industry, and developments in our relationship with the US oil and gas industry, it is evident that this year is the appropriate time to complete the process of becoming an SEC exchange act fully reporting Company and to list on a more senior and prestigious stock exchange in late 2014.
