Abstract:
Graphene 2014 will be held in Toulouse (France) from the 6th to the 9th of May 2014 at the Centre de Congrès Pierre Baudis.
With more than 2 months ahead of the event, 400m2 of exhibition space are reserved and more than 550 attendees are registered. The 4th edition of the largest European event on Graphene (Graphene conference series) will feature for the first time an exhibition with the main worldwide Graphene research centers, apart from all the companies that usually are represented.
Four delegations are confirmed, China, Russia, France and Taiwan, in order to strengthen ties on the graphene field. The event will gather the Graphene community, including scientists, engineers and industrials, but also Graphene research centres, investors and representatives of funding policies.
GRAPHENE 2014 will feature:
- A plenary session with internationally renowned speakers: more than 40 are confirmed
- Extensive thematic workshops in parallel: Worldwide Graphene Initiatives, Funding and Priorities; Graphene: Taiwan landscape; Theory & Simulation; Materials & Devices Characterization; Applications of Graphene-based Materials and a Graphene Flagship Industrial Workshop on "nanocomposites"
- An important industrial exhibition carried out with the latest Graphene trends: More than 40 institutions are confirmed
- Brokerage event will be some of the features of the event
