Abstract:
SEMATECH will be exhibiting at booth #6A-504, showcasing the company's various research and development technologies in atomic level manufacturing, advanced lithography, and nanodefect and metrology at SEMICON Japan 2013 from December 4-6, 2013 at Makuhari Messe, Nippon Convention Center in Chiba, Japan.
At this year's conference, SEMATECH will also highlight a variety of technology solutions and manufacturing methods through a wide range of presentations including:
Dr. Stefan Wurm, SEMATECH's director of Lithography, will join other distinguished industry experts at the STS Session1 Lithography/Mask 1 on Wednesday, 4 December. As an invited speaker, Dr. Wurm will provide EUVL introduction challenges and EUVL extendibility outlook, with a focus on mask-related topics as well as review of the status of the high-NA EUV industry.
SEMATECH will host an Advanced Technology Seminar at TechSTAGE East (Hall 6) on 5 December from 10:30 a.m. to 12:20 p.m. Technical experts from SEMATECH will explore trends and challenges in atomic level manufacturing, critical device measurements, EUV source, masks, and resists, and how to address critical industry needs through deeper supply chain collaboration.
Some of SEMATECH's most prominent technologists in the nanoelectronics industry will be attending SEMICON Japan. To schedule a meeting with executives and technical experts, please contact SEMATECH's Senior Director of Business Development, Gopal Rao at .
SEMICON Japan (www.semiconjapan.org/en/) has become the largest international exhibition of semiconductor equipment and materials. Bringing companies and their technologies together with customers and partners, as well as providing a setting for technical seminars and meetings, SEMICON Japan actively supports the growth of the global semiconductor industry.
