Speak live with Dalma Novak, IEEE Photonics Society (IPS) President-Elect and Co-Founder/Vice President of Engineering at Pharad, LLC. Novak started IEEE as a student member and then went on to be an active leader in the IEEE Photonics Society. She also volunteers as an Associate Editor for several society publications and serves as both a program and general chair for the IEEE Photonics Conference.
