Abstract:
COREwafer Industries, Inc., (PINKSHEETS: WAFR) the company that creates proprietary software, software algorithms, and hardware that is used in the testing and data mining of the most commonly used computer hard drives, memory, and magnetics, today announced an action that will fuel the firm's continued growth and development.
Effective June 21st, 2013, Cyril Moreau, a seasoned international executive, will serve as group CEO and President of COREwafer Industries, Inc. He will lead COREwafer Industries' operations and take a seat on the company's board of directors.

Cyril Moreau to Serve as Group CEO and President
Cyril Moreau has served as Senior Vice President and Senior Director for several highly successful software companies for the last 15 years. His track record in building high-growth software companies encompasses all aspects of leading, building, growing, funding, and managing. His leadership helped each of those companies grow exponentially. At COREwafer Industries, Cyril Moreau will take the company's proven software and traction to scale.
