Home > Press > Seville will host the 14th Trends in Nanotechnology International Conference (TNT 2013): Call for abstracts announced
Abstract:
Seville (Spain) will host the 14th edition of the Trends in Nanotechnology International Conference (TNT 2013) from the 9th until the 13th of September 2013. This high-level scientific meeting aims to present a broad range of current research in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology as well as related policies (European Commission, etc.) or other kind of initiatives. TNT events have demonstrated that they are particularly effective in transmitting information and establishing contacts among workers in this field.
The TNT 2013 structure will keep the fundamental features of the previous editions, providing a unique opportunity for broad interaction.
Currently, 27 keynote speakers from all over the world are confirmed covering different fields of Nanotechnology.
· Jean-Pierre Aime (CBMN CNRS-Universite Bordeaux, France)
· Masakazu Aono (MANA / NIMS, Japan)
· Larysa Baraban (Dresden University of Technology, Germany)
· Paolo Bondavalli (Thales Research & Technology, France)

This year, the TNT 2013 will dedicate an entire day to Graphene (September, 10) in order to attract global participant's intent on sharing, exchanging and exploring new avenues of graphene-related scientific and commercial developments.
As in previous editions, an exhibition will be set where companies, research centers and universities are expected to showcase their products, services and expertise.
The call for abstracts is still open and the deadline is May 27, 2013 and the early bird registration fee June 10, 2013.
TNT conference provides an ideal venue for industrial, academic and governmental organizations to share common objectives and drive the commercialisation of nanotechnology discoveries.
