Home > Press > Iranian Students to Attend Nanomaterials Molecular Models Competition
Abstract:
Iran Nano Club intends to organize a competition titled 'Production of Nanomaterials Molecular Models' for students at various educational levels across the country.
Among the objectives of the competition, mention can be made of familiarization of students with various molecular structures, their arrangement and the effects of the arrangement of atoms and molecules on the properties of nanomaterials.
People who are interested in taking part in this national competition are required to create molecular models of nanomaterials by using nano puzzles. Then, they are required to send to the Nano Club the images of what they have created with the titles of the references they used in the production of the models.
The received works will be judged according to some indices including the beauty and elegance of the structure, resistance of the structure, presentation of references and sufficient explanation about the model, and rareness and newness of the model (that is less known). After the judgment, the best structures will be announced and the creator of the structures will be awarded.
