![]() |
Abstract:
A free open source of complex nano scale design templates has been made available on the Transcode Research website gallery. Graphics have been rasterized at a nominal 5nm line width and are available for download in both GDS and OASIS file formats. This resource is aimed at providing design data to aid researchers, system developers and service providers of nano scale lithography mask systems, such as e-beam and EUV, to evaluate, asses and advertise techniques and service output. All the templates are covered by a general free art license which allows users total freedom in the use, dissemination and modifications of the data.
This eliminates any IP or customer related issues that marketing material might have when placed in the public domain. The first gallery, named "One-Gig", to signify designs in the order of one Giga points, will be followed by a Ten-Gig series in late 2012 and One-Tera during 2013 when the first results from a prototype SLAB computing architecture operating system is fully de-bugged.
