Xmark Media are organising the first photonics technology Roadshow at Imperial College London in south-west London. This is an extremely convenient venue to visit with the ease of public transport to bring visitors to the gateway of many new technologies.

The main scientific program has the theme of advances in photonics tools and techniques for the life sciences. Ten leading UK research scientists will present their latest work while leading industry specialists will provide parallel tutorials on their latest instrumentation and applications breakthroughs. This meeting is co-supported by the Optical Group of the IOP.

Doors open at 9am for the exhibition featuring more than 25 leading suppliers of photonics-related products and services while the conference and tutorials start at 10am. Registrations are coming in thick and fast and the organisers have already upgraded the size of the lecture theatre to satisfy demand so registration in advance is encouraged as soon as possible.
