Pre-Conference Symposium: On Tuesday, June 5, 2012 there will be all day symposiums focused on MEMS in the Mainstream: Commercialization and Product Realization - Leveraging the MEMS Infrastructure; and Energy Harvesting for Powering Sensors - Tutorials.
