Abstract:
Science and technology research institute of the University of Kashan is due to publish a scientific research journal entitled Journal of Nano Structures within the scope of nanotechnology.
Articles related to nanostructures will be published in this electronic journal which has already managed to receive confirmation from ISC (Islamic World Scientific Citation Center).
This journal will be published to develop and promote nanotechnology among the specialists and researchers and its practical applications in Iran, Dr. Masoud Salavati Niasari, the journal's chief editor and professor at University of Kashan, said.
According to him, researchers and specialists could gain scientific promotions by publishing their papers in this journal and, resultantly, score between 40 to 45 scores.
The non-Iranian members of the editorial include Yetayee Kin from China Science and Technology University, Sotirios Baskotas from Patras University, Greece, and Taqovan Hion from International University of Seoul.
The first volume of the JNS will be available at the journal website soon. It will contain a number of papers by the Islamic countries' researchers. JNS also decides to provide a background for researchers from other countries by gaining confirmation from ISI in the future.
