Abstract:
SVTC Technologies and Simax Lithography have entered into a cooperative agreement where they will combine their core competencies in the Bay Area to offer an extended portfolio of services to their customers. The focus of the cooperation is for SVTC to support Simax with a full array of semiconductor development capabilities. SVTC's portfolio of Lab-to-FabTM services, offers a full complement to Simax Lithography extending the capabilities of existing lithography equipment for processes moving to the next manufacturing node. Simax Lithography's Technology and Applications Support knowledge complements the extensive 24/7 development capabilities of SVTC in a very natural manner, especially for those customers who are developing new technologies.

In addition to this cooperation agreement, Simax has assumed office space at SVTC's IP secure facility in San Jose, California. Using SVTC's development lab, Simax and SVTC will cooperate in development projects, site acceptance and lens qualification support.
