Teacher works to bring nanotechnology to Citadel
Abstract:
Ryan Knox has some big ideas about some tiny things - and he's bringing them to the Reading Citadel.
Knox, who teaches biology and integrated science at the new intermediate high school, recently attended a seminar about nanotechnology.
The event at the Harrisburg University of Science and Technology was designed to give teachers ideas on introducing the burgeoning technology in their classrooms.
"That's the way science is going," he said. "As everything is improving and advancing, everything is getting smaller and smaller."
