Jennings wants fairness for city over development at NanoTech campus

Abstract:
Albany Mayor Jerry Jennings wants to call a time-out before downtown loses another office tenant to the University at Albany's College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering.

Jennings was reacting to the departure of EYP Architecture and Engineering, a longtime downtown firm, moving to the college's NanoTech complex on Fuller Road in late February.
