Science displays around the area
Abstract:
Meantime, children at the Schenectady Museum were more interested in "Ruff Ruffman," the star of "Fetch!" on PBS.
He paid a visit Saturday during an afternoon of "Zoom into Science" in the Electric City. The program helps get young people excited about math, science and technology.
"Kids are building domes out of gumdrops and they've got balloons and they're doing all sorts of things with cotton balls," said Carmel Patrick, the event coordinator. "There's nanoscience type experiments."
