UMSL STARS win research awards
Abstract:
Keith Stine, professor of chemistry at the University of Missouri-St. Louis in the Center of Nanoscience, reflects on his feelings about the STARS program, "I think it's a great program," Stine said. "It gives these high school students an opportunity to see what scientific research is really all about. It gives them a good head start. It's the kind of experience that can really have a good impact on their future careers."
