About the NanoMicroClub

The key aim of the NanoMicroClub (www.nanomicroclub.com) and the Club’s networking meetings, is to bring together nano and microtechnology companies, and to create opportunities for these organizations to both exchange ideas, and interact with select key mentors from leading business support organizations. The Club’s activities will be achieved though a dedicated website with discussion forum capabilities, and through a series of events, organized throughout the UK and Europe.

Benefits of attending the NanoMicroClub networking events, include:

  • Access to top quality advice – legal, technical, financial, managerial
  • Access to potential customers
  • Access to other technology start-ups, to share common experiences
  • Access to potential investors; and knowledge of how to deal with them
  • Access to other sources of funds (regional, national and European) and assistance in applying

The NanoMicroClub series of workshops differs from ‘open’ events run by the Institute of Nanotechnology in that attendance is by invitation only, with attendees being drawn from young and impending nano/micro start-ups, and world-class business support organizations.
