About Nanosurf, Inc.
For more than a decade, Nanosurf has been developing and manufacturing unique scanning probe microscopes (AFM and STM) and their accessories, with a particular emphasis on making them accessible to a broad user base. This was achieved by paying special attention to the instruments' ease of use, portability, robustness, and reliability. These very same properties have led Nanosurf to be included in NASA's Phoenix Mars Mission with the first atomic force microscope to successfully measure samples on another planet, surviving and functioning under the most unfavorable conditions. The now Mars-proven Nanosurf scanner technology, which is also found in Nanosurf's AFM product lines here on earth, has long before earned the trust of leading universities and industry alike.
