![]() |
Abstract:
Greenline Industries, provider of clean-tech energy platforms, announced the addition of Donn Tice to the executive team. Tice has been instrumental in revenue and market-share growth for cleantech, consumer products, and nanotech companies for over 25 years. Tice replaces founder Michael Brown who remains as Chairman of the Board and continues to play a key role in the growth and development of Greenline.
"We are pleased to have Donn at the helm of Greenline," said Michael Brown, Chairman of Greenline Industries. "Donn will be instrumental in the strategic growth and evolution of Greenline."
As founder and managing partner of Sustainable Solutions, Tice accelerated growth of "green" solutions including organic insecticides. Prior to Sustainable Solutions, Tice led the first commercially successful consumer-retail nanotech company to market leadership. As CEO, he was able to raise capital and attract a top-notch, worldwide executive and management team. Before nanotech, Tice spent six years at Holt & Associates. Stepping in as interim CEO and COO, Tice accelerated the growth and value of over a dozen privately held companies.
"In addition to his extensive leadership experience, Donn brings a passion and knowledge of cleantech to our team," said Brown.
