Abstract:
Ener1, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ENEI), an advanced alternative energy company, announced today that the 1-for-7 reverse split of its common stock will become effective on April 24, 2008, and that the stock will thereafter trade under the symbol ENON.

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL | Posted on April 23rd, 2008Shareholders who hold their shares in brokerage accounts or "street name" will not be required to take any action in connection with the reverse split. Shareholders who own shares in their name can find further information on the company's website (www.ener1.com).
