Abstract:
AMAG Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMAG) today announced it will report unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008 before the U.S. financial markets open on Friday, April 25, 2008. The announcement will be followed by a conference call at 8:00 a.m. ET during which management will discuss the Company's financial results, business highlights and its development programs.

A telephone replay will be available from approximately 11:00 a.m. ET on April 25, 2008 through midnight April 29, 2008.
