I.P. University to launch new course in Nanotechnology
Abstract:
Following the approval by the Union Government's Department of Science and Technology for a Rs.4.5 crore grant, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University here will launch an M.Tech. programme in Nanotechnology from the next academic session.
"We have got an approval from the DST to run M.Tech on the campus. The Rs.4.5 crore grant will take care of two teaching posts and will help in establishing the course. There will be 15 to 20 seats available," announced Vice-Chancellor K. K. Aggarwal at a press conference on admissions for 2008-09 on Thursday.
