Energy Bill To Increase Fuel Efficiency
Abstract:
Say goodbye to your gas guzzler. If congress gets its way this week, U.S. automakers will be required to build cars that get at least 35 miles a gallon.
"We have to look beyond the auto industry, beyond the manufacturing jobs and the traditional blue collar jobs. Nanotechnology and advance composite materials are growing areas and the future of manufacturing," said auto industry analyst Michael Gessel.
