Morph Technologies Inc. ("MTI"), an industry leader in the development and supply of advanced nanotechnology-enabled components for the automotive sector, announced today that it had received an equity investment from DuPont Engineering Polymers. MTI is an affiliate of, and 2004 spin-off from Toronto-based Integran Technologies Inc. ("ITI").

Although financial details of the transaction were not disclosed, a portion of the DuPont Engineering Polymers investment will be used to augment application engineering efforts and establish manufacturing infrastructure for the recently-launched Metafuse nanometal/polymer hybrid - an innovative lightweight nanometal over plastic technology which brings a step-change in performance and a paradigm shift in product design.
