UFO fan to remake textile sector

Abstract:
When the 2001 devaluation hit the Turkish market he created a team of 30 people. Half of them use the right side of their brain more "the artistic ones in communications, design, advertising" and the other half was the more logical systemic group that uses the left part of their brain, the engineers and financial people.

It was then that he introduced systematic dreaming methods. "You have a 'dream-storming' session in which you listen to the dreams of everyone in the company. Then select the dreams that could become projects and turn them into profitable concepts." The team has as its job to dream and then think up how that dream can be realized through researching, analyzing, investigating, synthesizing and trial. This group is the company's appointed corporate dreamers.

Out of these dream sessions Funika has produced such innovative novelties as the patented 'cool pajamas' that keep you cool during summer nights thanks to the use of nanotechnology. They are sold in ice-cream boxes.
