National labs pursue green uses of technology
Abstract:
Rogers said lab scientists have invented a way to purify water with nanotechnology, which is the design of unique materials on a molecular level. The molecules in question, granulated aerogel, can bond with metals and remove heavy-metal pollutants from sewage water.
