Fraunhofer Chooses Mattson's New Flash- Assisted RTP System

Abstract:
Mattson Technology, Inc. today announced that it has received an order for its flash-assisted rapid thermal processing (fRTP) system from the Fraunhofer-Center Nanoelectronic Technologies (CNT).

(Ed.'s note: "Nanotechnology is the design and production of chips and other electronic devices with features approaching the size of molecules or atoms." - not exactly. Nanotechnology Now readers know that this definition focuses strictly on nanoelectronics, and not on molecular nanotechnology. Read more at our Introduction pages.)
