Shift to 65-nm designs likely to be quick
Abstract:
Many IC designers may quickly move past the 90-nm node for digital-dominated designs to 65-nm design rules. However, richer models are needed to improve first-time design success rates, said Ted Vucuverich, senior vice president of advanced R&D at Cadence Design Systems Inc.
