UD fosters big ideas for tiny computers
Abstract:
Thomas P. Beebe Jr., chemistry professor at the University of Delaware leads a university research team immersed in a three-year project to build molecular "wires'' for use - perhaps up to 30 years from now - by the semiconductor industry.
