TSMC to accelerate 90-nm process ramp

Abstract:
mid a move to ramp up its 65-nm technology, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. Ltd. (TSMC) on Wednesday (Dec. 29) said that it will accelerate its 90-nm fab capacity throughout 2005.
