IBM leader: Chip tech must grow
Abstract:
If the pace of progress that has let microelectronics create everyday miracles is to continue, the industry must succeed in its struggle to replace the technology used to manufacture chips.
So said IBM Corp.'s top chip executive, John E. Kelly III, speaking to about 250 industry leaders at the Albany Symposium here at the Sagamore resort on Lake George. More
