Abstract:
Nanotech Security Corp. (TSX VENTURE: NTS) (OTCQX: NTSFF), announces the granting of an aggregate of 350,000 share purchase options, of which 200,000 are to an insider.

Vancouver, Canada | Posted on September 22nd, 2016The options are exercisable for five years at $1.02, subject to customary regulatory approval and vesting conditions. This grant brings the total options granted to 4.7 % of outstanding shares.
