Latest Hygienic Products Presented in Iran Nano 2015

Tehran, Iran | Posted on October 7th, 2015

The harmless glass washing nano-emulsion is one of the products presented in the festival. According to one of the experts working for the company, the cleaning nano-emulsion is made of natural oils (castor oil). Castor oil is not a cleaning agent itself but washing abilities appear when its dimensions are scaled down to nanometric scales (11 nm).

There is no alcohol in the formulation of the product and that is why the nanoproduct does not harm the surface. Surface evaporation happens faster in this product in comparison with products containing dried alcohol. Contrary to other similar products that are either acidic or alkaline and damage the surface after a while, this cleaning product is not acidic or alkaline and does not harm the surface.

Exir Nano Sina Company is another firm which has presented products, including Sina Curcumin 80, Sina Ampholish and liposomal doxorubicin hydrochloride (Sina Doxosome) which was introduced as one of the top three nanoproducts in the country in the 7th Nanotechnology Awards Ceremony in 2014.

Chitotech Company has also put on display its products such as SilvoSept family, new bandages for wound treatment, secondary bandages and first aid kits. Local disinfection products under the commercial name of SilvoSept have been produced by using nanosilver technology in order to eliminate viruses, bacteria and fungi.

SilvoSept disinfection products have been designed based on nanosilver technology by Chitotech Company. The products are alcohol free, odorless, colorless and non-toxic to the cells, and scientific references have approved their performance. Among the advantages of the nanoproduct, mention can be made of elimination of a wide range of dangerous bacteria and viruses such as HIV and Hepatitis B, prevention of skin dryness due to the lack of alcohol, being odorless and colorless and the lack of stain after consumption.

The four-day 8th International Iran Nano 2015 Festival and Exhibition started work in Tehran International Permanent Fairground on 5 October 2015 with the participation of 132 Iranian and international companies, universities and research centers.
